DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS & PICKUP 🤎🐾
We want bringing your B&N puppy home to be as simple and straightforward as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about reserving your puppy, making payments, and getting your puppy home.
🐾 DEPOSITS
• Deposits are accepted once puppies are 2 weeks old.
• A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy.
• Your puppy is officially reserved specifically for you once we have received both your signed Limited Health Guarantee & Sales Contract and your $200 deposit.
• Once the contract is sent to you, you will have 24 hours to complete and return it. If the contract is not returned within that timeframe, the puppy will not be considered reserved and we will move on to the next interested family.
• Once your contract and deposit have been received, your puppy is officially reserved and will no longer be offered to other families.
❤️IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO YOUR PUPPY
While we do everything possible to provide the best care for our puppies, unexpected situations can happen.
If something were to happen to your puppy while in our care after a deposit has been placed, you will have the option to:
• Receive a full refund of your deposit
OR
• Transfer your deposit to another available puppy.
Our goal is always to communicate openly and make the process as fair as possible for our families.
💰REMAINING BALANCE
The remaining balance is due according to the payment schedule selected by the buyer.
Cash is our preferred method of payment for remaining balances.
We DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS — NO EXCEPTIONS.
For families who prefer to make payments before pickup, we offer flexible payment-plan options. Please see our payment-plan guide below for available schedules.
• Payments must be made on the agreed-upon dates.
• The puppy remains the property of B&N Miniature Dachshunds until paid in full.
• All payments are non-refundable.
• Failure to make payments as agreed may result in forfeiture of the puppy and payments already made.
• No puppy will be released until the balance has been paid in full.
Our puppies are priced as pet-home only by default.
Full breeding rights may be available to approved breeding homes for an additional $250.
Breeding homes must be approved by B&N Miniature Dachshunds, and breeding rights are not automatically available with every puppy.

🏡 PICKUP OPTIONS
Puppies will be ready to go home once they have reached their appropriate go-home age and completed the care included in their puppy package.
Local Pickup
We do not typically have buyers come directly to our home for pickup. Instead, pickup will generally take place at a public meeting location in the surrounding area.
Common meeting areas include:
• Lebanon, Missouri
• Camdenton, Missouri
• Waynesville, Missouri
The exact meeting location will be coordinated with your family as your puppy’s go-home date approaches.
🚐 WAGS ON WHEELS TRANSPORT
Need your puppy delivered right to your door? We also work with Wags on Wheels Transport to offer families a convenient transportation option.
Transportation is a $400 flat rate, and your puppy will be transported directly to your front door.
For transported puppies:
• The $400 transportation fee must be paid directly to B&N Miniature Dachshunds before your puppy is released to the transporter.
• We will use the $400 transportation fee to pay the transportation service on your behalf.
• Your puppy must be paid in full, including the $400 transportation fee, before your puppy is dropped off with the transporter.
• We accept Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal for transportation payments.
• Once the puppy and transportation fee have been paid in full, we will coordinate with Wags on Wheels Transport to arrange your puppy’s delivery.
This allows us to make sure everything is paid and arranged before your puppy begins their journey to you. 🤎🐾
✈️ FLIGHT TRANSPORT
At this time, B&N Miniature Dachshunds does not offer or arrange airline transportation for puppies.
